Real-time LinkedIn data via the Proxycurl API. First finds profile URLs matching your title + skills, then fetches full profile data (experience, skills, education) for each match. Best coverage for Western Europe. Slower — each profile is fetched separately.

Apollo's own database of 275M+ professional profiles. Data is returned inline — no separate enrichment step needed. Fast and comprehensive, especially for North America and Western Europe.

People Data Labs 3B+ · best for Cyrillic

PDL aggregates data from LinkedIn, GitHub, and other sources. Has strong coverage of Eastern European and Ukrainian specialists, including Cyrillic names in the search index. Data returned inline like Apollo. Supports search by Cyrillic job titles.

Uses: Job Title (EN + local), Skills, Country. Searchable Skills are matched against PDL skill tags.

Scoring Mode — how AI evaluates candidates

Strict Match

AI scores candidates on their current skills and experience. Penalises missing required skills and wrong seniority level. Verdict: "Ready to start" or "Significant gaps in X, Y". Use when you need someone who can contribute immediately.

Potential Match

AI scores on growth potential and transferable skills. Considers career trajectory, adjacent technologies, and how fast gaps can be closed. Verdict includes "Ready in ~N weeks/months with…". Use for junior/mid roles or when you're open to training.

Search Modes — what the API query targets

Sourcing — by skills & title

Searches by job title, keywords, and skills. The API receives: Job Title, Searchable Skills, Keywords, Country. All Step 2 fields are active.

Executive — by companies

Searches only within Target Companies you specify. Job Title and Keywords are not sent to the API — only company names filter the query. Step 2 and the title/keywords fields are hidden automatically. Use for headhunting from specific competitors or partners.

Sourcing + Executive — both active

Combines both: searches by skills/title within the target companies. All fields are active.

Quick reference — what each field does

Job Title for searchSent to the API as the role title filter. Choosing EN is best for all sources; UA/RU variants help PDL for Cyrillic search.

KeywordsBroad context for the search query (all keywords combined into one API filter).

Searchable SkillsConcrete required skills (e.g. "SAP Business One") sent as a skills filter to the API. Generated by AI from the vacancy. More precise than keywords.

Skills / ToolsFrom the vacancy card. Used for GPT scoring and keyword fallback — not always sent directly to the API.

Target CompaniesSearch only inside these companies (Executive mode). Also available in Sourcing+Executive combined mode.

Avoid CompaniesNot sent to the API — used by AI scoring to reduce score for candidates from these companies.

Step 2 (AI Strategy)Optional recruiter context for AI parameter generation. Your text guides keyword and title suggestions. Hidden in Executive-only mode.
